I hold a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) and a Master of Science (MSc) in Specialist Physiotherapy Practice from Sheffield Hallam University. This education has provided me with a strong clinical foundation and advanced expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and rehabilitation.

As a specialist in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, I provide comprehensive care to individuals recovering from injury or surgery, as well as those managing chronic musculoskeletal conditions. I began my journey with a Bachelorβs in Physiotherapy and completed a six-month rotatory internship across neurology, orthopaedics, paediatrics, geriatrics, and respiratory care, giving me a well-rounded view of patient needs.

With a Postgraduate degree in Sports Medicine, I bring advanced knowledge in injury prevention, performance optimisation, and rehabilitation for active individuals and athletes.

Since 2021, I have specialised in Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapy, treating joint, muscle, and nerve issues. key area of my expertise is in the use of advanced electrotherapy. I am highly skilled in operating a wide range of electrotherapy machines, to effectively manage pain.

In pursuit of excellence in primary care and complex case management, I further completed certification as a First Contact Practitioner from the University of Central Lancashire, followed by advanced training in Injection Therapy at Manchester Metropolitan University.

I specialise in managing complex musculoskeletal conditions with a holistic, patient-centred approach. My core expertise lies in treating patients with complex presentations that require an integrated strategy ranging from medication management, structured rehabilitation programs, biopsychosocial approach, investigations, and referrals to specialist consultants.
By combining clinical reasoning with a broad skill set, I aim to guide patients through comprehensive care pathways that optimise outcomes and create long term functional improvements.
