THE DENOVO WAY

The Denovo Way is a four-step specialist rehabilitation pathway built for patients whose

injuries have not responded to standard physiotherapy. Every patient at Denovo follows

this structured process. Nothing is guessed. Nothing is generic. You will know exactly

what you are working toward and why at every stage of your recovery.

1

UNDERSTAND

Specialist assessment going deeper than standard physiotherapy. We take a detailed history, examine the affected area and all contributing factors, and identify the root cause of your problem — finding what others miss.

2

PLAN

A structured staged rehabilitation pathway built specifically around your injury, lifestyle and goals. You receive a clear plan with defined stages, realistic timescales, and honest communication about what to expect at every step.

3

TREAT

Evidence-based treatment tools — including shockwave therapy where clinically indicated — selected based on your assessment findings. Every intervention is chosen for a specific clinical reason.

4

REBUILD

Recovery does not end at pain relief. The Denovo Way finishes when you have returned to full activity with the strength and confidence to stay there — and the knowledge to prevent the problem from returning.

Shockwave Therapy for Persistent Tendon Pain

Shockwave therapy is a clinically evidenced treatment for chronic tendon injuries that have not resolved with rest or standard physiotherapy. At Denovo, shockwave is always delivered following a full specialist assessment and as part of a structured rehabilitation plan. Assessment comes first. Shockwave is used when it is clinically the right choice for your presentation.

Plantar Fasciitis

Persistent heel pain that has not resolved with rest or standard treatment.

Achilles Tendinopathy

Mid-portion or insertional Achilles pain in active patients.

Tennis Elbow

Chronic outer elbow pain from tendon degeneration.

Patellar Tendinopathy

Persistent front-of-knee pain in runners and gym athletes.

Shoulder Tendinopathy

Rotator cuff problems including calcific tendinopathy.
